How do we schedule appointments for projects (excluding consultations)?

We schedule your appointment on the Green Gene’s Horticulture, Inc. (GGH) calendar as soon as we receive your 50% deposit along with your signed agreement.

Where do we send payments and agreements needed to schedule projects on the GGH calendar?
Our mailing address is located at the bottom of each document. Our email address and phone number are also listed here in case you need to contact us.
What types of services does Green Gene’s Horticulture Inc. offer?

GGH offers a wide range of horticulture services including landscape design and consulting; hardscape installations such as walkways, retaining walls; drainage solutions; lawn maintenance programs; insect and disease eradication; and more. Does Green Gene’s Horticulture offer maintenance plans?
Yes. We offer several different types of customized maintenance plans to protect your landscape investments. Our maintenance plans cover plant installations, lawn care, seasonal landscaping, and more. We also offer organic maintenance plans. Please contact us for more information.

Does Green Gene's Horticulture offer any discounts?

Yes, Green Gene’s Horticulture does offer discounts. To honor first responders, we offer discounts to paramedics, firefighters, law enforcement officers, and U.S. military personnel.

Customers who are 62+ years of age may receive a Senior Citizen Discount (SCD).

We also offer special discount coupons that appear here on our Discounts page and social media accounts, so be on the lookout for these special offers, which are not always announced but are often posted online.

Customers who pay with cash or a cashier’s check receive a 1.5% discount. Note: Payments made with a personal check are not eligible for the 1.5% discount.)

Are there any restrictions to the discounts you offer?
Yes, you cannot combine discount coupons provided online with any other discounts. Secondly, you must present the coupon along with your deposit and signed agreement. The coupon cannot be added later after presenting the agreement and deposit.
How are the discounts applied?
We will apply the discount to the final balance due for your project.
Does Green Gene's Horticulture Inc. accept credit card payments?

Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express cards. Credit cards are assessed a surcharge fee by our merchant bank (surcharges cover the processing fees merchants must pay to accept credit cards). Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Card surcharges are 3% of the transaction. The American Express surcharge is 5% of the transaction.

Does Green Gene's Horticulture Inc. offer plants to the public?

GGH grows rare and hard-to-find plants for our projects, clients with maintenance plans, and the Nursery Industry. We do provide plants and materials at affordable prices for customers who have maintenance plans with us.

Are the GGH nursery and office open to the public?

Our nursery and office are not open to the public. We are only open for wholesale contractors—

 licensed landscape contractors, licensed irrigation contractors, and hardscape contractors— by appointment only.

Does GGH ship plants?
No, currently we are not set up for shipping to the public. However, customers who have maintenance plans may take advantage of plant specials that we offer from time to time. We will occasionally arrange to ship plants for a nominal fee to cover shipping and freight costs based on plant availability.
Does Green Gene’s Horticulture offer speaking engagements?

Yes, we would love to be invited to speak at your next garden club event, HOA, symposium, trade show, horticultural society or any other type of garden event. If you are interested in booking a speaker for your event, please contact us for more information.
